HR Administrator

Tribe Payments is a rapidly growing payments technology company on a mission to make the world of payments simple, secure and accessible. We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our ambitious team and implement various human resources projects & incentives.

What you would do:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure the highest-quality candidate experience
  • Assist in employee onboarding, training and development
  • Maintain employee records and databases for UK staff
  • Ownership of office management and administration
  • Ensure team and employee wellness
  • Partner with the global HR team to update and maintain company policies & procedures, cultivate tribe culture and implement HR incentives
