What You would do

• Oversee the end to end product life cycle for the Acquiring product portfolio 
• Own the product roadmap for the Acquiring product portfolio, driving commercially based decisions 
• Manage and mitigate the risks relating to the product revenue and support any commercial opportunities 
• Translate business strategy into a product strategy, setting the product vision and telling the product story
• Execute on the product strategy
• Drive action throughout the organisation to launch products, enhance products and further commercialise products   
• Plan and carry out product launches via a structured Go To Market plan
• Manage product profitability and commercial success, creating and owning business cases  where necessary
• Support Product Marketing to understand the target audience for the products including persona development
• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
• Maintain competitor and market analyses, continuously looking at gaps and USP’s within the product portfolio to build our development backlogs
• Deeply understand the third party relationships involved within the acquiring product portfolio
• Drive innovation and continually look for more efficient ways for the product to run 
• Run customer demo/meet with customers to bring Product expertise 
• Write high-level business requirements, working with the Sales team, Customer and Implementation teams to ensure the requirements are accurate and understood
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Subject matter expert for Acquiring Products

What we expect from You

• Highly experienced Product Manager who has proven experience managing Acquiring Products for an Acquirer, Bank or Fintech
• Experience in commercial product management including product P&L oversight,  use case development and working with the Product Marketing team
• Understanding of best practice Go to Market processes 
• Deep understanding of the ecosystem of payment processing and acquiring services 
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels, both technical and non-technical
• Proven experience leading demos/client presentations 
• Extensive experience building customer requirements
