As part of our recent growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our young and ambitious team to accelerate our presence in the UK, wider European region and hopefully even further! You will be a key driving force behind Tribe’s success, capable of engaging in high level, technical conversations about our products and a born networker who can support bringing Tribe to the forefront of the payments space


This is your daily Tribe adventures

  • Go-Getter: Actively identify, generate, and manage a list of new business opportunities through to completion using a consultative approach.
  • Creative Communicator: Negotiate commercial deals and terms with senior executives at potential partners.
  • Analytical Driver: Work closely with our Head of Sales and Sales Team to help identify market trends, strategic opportunities, and partnerships for Tribe.
  • Strategic Thinker: Deliver product-based strategies to unlock new partnerships across the business, working closely with our Head of Partnerships.
  • Tech Guru: Embrace and understand the tech stack that we have created whilst working closely with the Product team to provide valuable feedback on existing and future opportunities.
  • Born Networker: Represent Tribe at industry events..

This is you

  • 2 years BDM/Sales experience in the fintech space with origination experience across UK and Europe, ideally in payments or debit cards
  • Self-driven with strong capability to work autonomously
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline generation and sales
  • A team player; collaborative with great communication skills
  • Passionate about technology and fintech
  • Strong at building relationships with key-buyers and decision-makers with both new and existing clients
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
