What You would do

  • Actively identify, generate, and manage a list of new business opportunities through to completion through a consultative selling approach.
  • Utilise your network with existing FinTech’s, Issuers, and wider industry players to expand Tribe’s Processing services.
  • Negotiate and own the commerciality of all deals.
  • Have full responsibility for the client relationship from first contact through to implementation handover.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to help identify market trends, strategic opportunities, and partnerships for Tribe.
  • Deliver product-based strategies to unlock new partnerships across the business, working closely with the Head of Fintech Sales & Partnerships.
  • Embrace and understand the tech stack that we have created whilst working closely with the Product team to provide valuable feedback on existing and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to help create client-driven marketing materials and initiatives. 
  • Represent Tribe at industry events both in the UK and across Europe.


What we expect from You

  • Business Development experience within the fintech industry, ideally with at least 5 years’ experience either with an existing fintech, payments processor or card scheme. 
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline generation and sales.
  • A team player; collaborative with great communication skills.
  • Someone that’s passionate about technology and fintech.
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong at building relationships with key-buyers and decision-makers.
