Guy Houghton joined as Tribe’s Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 30 years of commercial leadership experience in global technology companies serving the payments, banking, and fintech markets. Guy drives the company’s expansion and revenue strategies.

Having started his own payments, banking and fintech consultancy practice in 2022, Guy has an impressive track record in the industry. He most recently provided commercial leadership to Thredd (formerly Global Processing Services) and supported the business during a major transformation phase, following investment from private equity firms Advent, MissionOG, Viking, and Temasek.

Guy’s extensive experience includes 15 years at First Data (now part of Fiserv), where he led business and market expansion for their issuer processing business across the EMEA region. He also held executive responsibility for relationships with several large global financial institutions headquartered in the region.

Guy’s expertise spans business strategy, market entry and expansion, strategic sales at C-suite level, building and leading sales and customer success teams, business transformation, M&A, partnerships, and product and value proposition development. 

Our CTO Vytautas has been with Tribe since the beginning, and is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology to all Tribe's customers. He has spent over two decades working in the developer space, with a specific focus in the paytech and fintech space.

A Tribe mainstay since the beginning, Svetlana is in charge of all things finance and has been a crucial cog in overseeing Tribe's growth. With over a decade of experience in international accounting and finance, she has nurtured and expanded Tribe's finance team, fuelled by her passion for numbers.

Fadl started his career at NETS as a programmer. Following on from that he joined the founder’s team becoming a leading innovation officer for over 14 years, as they built and evolved businesses culminating in the creation of Tribe. He built the original gateway, prototyped most of our products, and led many of our innovative developments such as regional expansion, Open Banking, and Scheme certifications.

Matt has extensive global payments experience having lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, building partnerships with key clients across multiple geographies and cultures.

He has worked on both the issuing and acquiring sides of the business driving growth and developing payment strategies in both Corporate (JCB, Visa and Euronet) and Fintech (EedenBull and Praemium) environments.

Matt and his family have been based in Singapore for the past 17 years, and he brings to Tribe deep knowledge and experience from across the Asia Pacific Region coupled with a broad network of senior contacts across the payments business.

Aurangzaib brings to Tribe two decades worth of experience, most recently at Amazon Payments Services, with experience at Mastercard, Visa, MCB Bank and Bank Alfalah. He notably led the launch of Beyon Money, the Middle East’s first open banking super-app, in Bahrain.

'AK', as he is more commonly known, also sits on the advisory board of Iqra University.

Before joining Tribe, Justas led several successful IT startup projects. During his journey in Tribe he has progressed through Project Development Coordinator, Project Manager, and Team leader positions. This helped him build in-depth knowledge of Tribe's products and technologies as well as gaining a lot of experience in project management and operations processes. At Tribe, Justas’ role is to manage and coordinate our IT Operations function and it’s sub-functions, such as software development, customer support, knowledge base, and employees/resources, in the pursuit of achieving specific functional goals.

Jo is a life-long payments expert, with over 20 years of experience managing relationships across various payments, risk and fraud prevention roles. She joined Tribe as Head of Customer Success in April 2024 and is focused on delivering innovative solutions that enable and drive business growth.

Prior to Tribe, Jo spent over a decade at Mastercard in a range of roles, culminating as Global VP of Field Data Services, which saw her responsible for the development of Identity Services Product strategy, supporting clients, partners and business development. She previously also spent almost seven years at Barclaycard.

Jo has been instrumental in driving her companies forward by navigating them through several key industry milestones including the introduction of PCI, 3D Secure, Chip & Pin and the ever-changing fintech and paytech landscape.

She is passionate about collective success and continuous development.

Tristen has been a part of Tribe almost from the start, over three years ago. Joining us as a client acquisition specialist and later being promoted to Head of Partnerships,  Tristen brings with him over fifteen years of experience in consultative SAAS.

Dusty Miller brings nearly three decades of experience across the payments ecosystem to his role at Tribe Payments. Prior to joining in 2024, he held senior commercial leadership roles at Worldline and Barclaycard, leading initiatives in payment processing, e-commerce, point-of-sale and fraud management.

Renowned for his dynamic style and clear communication, Dusty excels at helping clients navigate the complexities of the payments landscape to unlock real value. At Tribe, he plays a key role in accelerating European growth and supporting the company’s mission to deliver innovative, scalable and secure solutions for fintechs and financial institutions.

Inga has over 8 years of professional experience with the Founder’s team, and is a versatile, and results-driven Implementation Lead with a deep understanding of the payments industry. She has worked with leading FinTech’s and Banks and has successfully implemented programmes across Card, Real Time Payments, and Crypto projects.

Robin brings to Tribe a wealth of experience in the payments and products space, having spent the last five years at Network International in Dubai, where he was most recently Head of Gateway Products, and leading on NI's omni-channel product strategy.

Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Barclaycard, working largely in its Product department, launching and overseeing the technical and commercial development roadmap of multiple E-Commerce products and services, leading migration activity and championing user centric design principles and agile working practices.

Alex has over a decade of experience in the payments processing space. Prior to Tribe, he supported the early stages of Starling and Revolut, as well as leading initiatives on the adoption of digital wallets.

He has held technical roles across issuing and acquiring, as well project and account management. Being an early member of the Tribe team, Alex has been a key contributor to the design of the products, and moving forward is working to deliver the features and functions of the future.

A background in law, Ruta has been part of Tribe and its precursors for 11+ years with experience spanning corporate management, strategy, marketing, business development, and operations in software development and financial services. She is a team orientated leader with a proven track record, having successfully led more than 10 software development projects and coordinating more than 100 employees internationally, empowering and nurturing talented people within Tribe.
