What you would do

• Be a meaningful part of our tech team where you will dive in and get knowledge of the technical background
• Provide excellent technical support for our customers
• Communicate with customers about ongoing technical issues
• Register and check live system errors, and follow-up on requests
• Work closely with the product team

What we expect from you

• Previous work experience in the IT field or a similar role would be nice
• We are looking for a person who is a quick learner and forward-thinker, ambitious to go beyond expectations
• Positive attitude, high motivation, and problem-solving skillset
• Totally focused on delivering excellent services to our customers
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
