IT Project Manager

Tribe, a modern payments processor and technology company, is looking to continue its rapid expansion in the payments market. Join our ever-growing Tribe Payments team as an IT Project Manager and help us change the way this market perceives payments.

What you would do

• Prioritize product backlog, plan sprints, and coordinate development resources.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Operation teams, Developers, and QA Engineers. 
• Coordinate roadmap calls, create release tickets, and manage deployments. 
• Monitor the system for potential issues, track incidents, and manage development tickets.
• Handle tech support calls, address issues, and liaise with internal teams and stakeholders. 
• Train and mentor Technical Support Specialists for efficient business unit support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

• Previous work experience in IT field or a similar role would be nice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify and analyze problems, foresee potential pitfalls
• Team player attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency in English

Salary range for this position is 2410-3479 EUR/monthly gross. Salary proposal depends on your competences and seniority level.
